We specialise in the custom manufacturing of cyclo-palloid gears to customer specifications. We produce prototypes as well as repeat batches, always with an emphasis on high precision, material quality and thorough inspection at every stage of production.
We cut cyclo-palloid bevel gearing on a Klingelnberg AMK850 machine (1 machine) with curved teeth from module 7 to module 21, gear diameter up to 1,100 mm. This method is highly productive and suitable for bevel gears with small and medium modules.
