A tradition that moves us forward
METALPRECIZ is a Czech family-owned engineering company with a long tradition. We focus mainly on precision and heavy machining, gear manufacturing, welding, assembly and repairs of engineering units.
Our plants are located in Pozořice, Žďár nad Sázavou and Ostrava. Each has a different technological focus, but all share an emphasis on quality, reliability and a job well done. At the same time, we are gradually modernising our machines, processes and the way the company is managed.
20 years on the move
From professional experience gained in engineering, a company with three specialised plants has gradually grown. Today we combine machining, gear manufacturing, process engineering, assembly and repairs of engineering units.
Ostrava under one roof
The Ostrava branch is moving from rented premises to its own facilities, bringing process engineering and production together under one roof.
Building new facilities in Pozořice
We are completing a new production hall that creates room for further growth and modernisation of our technologies. The investments also include new machines such as a Doosan Puma 700 XLY II lathe and a BUC E 85/4000 centre grinder. Company turnover reaches approximately CZK 94 million.
Investing in new technologies
We continuously modernise our production equipment, extend our technological capabilities and invest in solutions that help us increase quality, precision and production efficiency. Company turnover reaches approximately CZK 45 million.
Expanding into gear manufacturing
We take over the gear manufacturing division in Žďár nad Sázavou and extend our portfolio to gears and gear sets. Company turnover grows to approximately CZK 25 million.
METALPRECIZ is born
After years of practice, the current owner joins the company, which adopts the name METALPRECIZ and enters a new stage of development under his leadership. Company turnover at that time is approximately CZK 5 million.
A career in engineering begins
The current owner completes secondary school with a focus on mechanical engineering and starts gaining his first experience in production and technical positions.
