CNC grinding is a fine-cutting machining process in which material is removed precisely by grinding wheels. Within our production capacity we provide high-precision CNC grinding of rotational and non-rotational parts with repeatability in the order of micrometres. The process is key to achieving the required geometric accuracy, surface roughness and dimensional stability of machined parts.
We use modern CNC grinding machines for surface, external and internal grinding. Thanks to fully automated control and precise clamping systems, we can guarantee consistent quality even for complex shapes and hard-to-machine materials such as tool steels, hardened parts or carbides.

We offer CNC grinding both as a stand-alone job and as the final step in the production of precision machine components. Thanks to our other machining technologies (turning, milling, wire cutting), we offer complete delivery of finished parts with guaranteed quality and measurable results.
All operations take place in our own production plant in the Czech Republic, under the supervision of qualified operators and in line with our internal inspection standards.
