Spur gears are the most common type of gear and a key component in a wide range of transmission systems. We specialize in the precision manufacturing of custom spur gears in small and medium production batches, tailored to each customer's specific requirements.

Using modern CNC machines and many years of manufacturing experience, we produce spur gears with high dimensional accuracy and optimized tooth geometry. We manufacture gears in a wide range of modules, lengths, and diameters, using both standard and special materials according to customer specifications.

Spur gears are an ideal solution for applications with lower pitch line velocities, where a simple design, low power losses, and cost-effective manufacturing are required. They are widely used in mechanical engineering, the automotive industry, industrial automation, and the production of special-purpose machinery.

In our company, we specialize in the following methods of production and grinding of spur gears:

Rolling method of spur gear production

• Vertical rolling mills - diameter up to 1500 mm (5 machines) - direct front teeth from module 0.6 to module 25
• Vertical milling machines - diameter up to 3150 mm (3 machines) - direct front teeth up to module 30
• Horizontal rolling machines - diameter up to 1250 mm (4 machines) - straight front teeth from module 0.6 to module 22, part length up to 5500 mm

Milling method of making gears Fellow, MAAG

• Small milling machines (2 machines) - internal gearing (direct) and internal involute grooving (direct) from module 1 to module 10, wheel diameter up to 1000 mm
• Large milling machines - MAAG (4 machines) - external direct spur gears up to module 36. Wheel diameter up to 4,000 mm
• Internal (direct) gearing and involute splines from module 1 to module 12

Gear grinding

• Gear grinders (4 machines) - external direct gearing from module 2 to module 30. Wheel diameter from 40 mm to 2000 mm
