Cyclopalloid gears

Cyclo-Palloid gears are a specialized type of bevel gear featuring curved tooth geometry, designed to provide exceptionally smooth and quiet power transmission between intersecting shafts. Thanks to their unique tooth profile and precision manufacturing, they are ideal for demanding applications where efficiency, durability, and minimal vibration are essential.

We specialize in the custom manufacturing of Cyclo-Palloid gears according to our customers' specifications. We produce both prototypes and repeat production batches, always with a strong focus on precision, premium material quality, and rigorous quality control throughout every stage of the manufacturing process.

We manufacture Cyclo-Palloid bevel gears using a Klingelnberg AMK850 gear cutting machine (1 machine) with curved teeth, covering modules from 7 to 21 and gear diameters of up to 1,100 mm. This manufacturing method is highly productive and particularly suitable for bevel gears with small to medium modules.
