Helical gears are the ideal solution for transmitting torque at higher speeds while ensuring smooth and quiet operation. Thanks to the angled tooth profile, the teeth engage gradually, significantly reducing noise levels and extending the service life of the gear system. For this reason, helical gears are widely used in the automotive industry, production lines, machine tools, and various types of gearboxes.

We specialize in the following manufacturing and grinding methods for helical gears:

ROLLING METHOD OF PRODUCING BEVEL GEARS

• Vertical gear hobbing machines – gear diameter up to 1,500 mm (5 machines) – helical spur gears from module 0.6 to module 25
• Vertical gear hobbing machines – gear diameter up to 3,150 mm (3 machines) – helical spur gears up to module 30
• Horizontal gear hobbing machines – gear diameter up to 1,250 mm (4 machines) – helical spur gears from module 0.6 to module 22, workpiece length up to 5,500 mm

FELLOW, MAAG

• Large milling machines - MAAG (4 machines) - external front teeth (slanted) up to module 36. Wheel diameter up to 4000 mm.

GRINDING OF GEARING

• Gear grinders (4 machines) - external bevel gears from module 2 to module 30. Wheel diameter from 40 mm to 2000 mm.
