Bevel gears production
In our company, we specialize in the following methods of production and grinding of bevel gears.
ROLLING METHOD OF PRODUCING BEVEL GEARS
- Vertical rolling milling machines - diameter up to 1500 mm (5 machines) - beveled front teeth from module 0.6 to module 25
- Vertical rolling mills - diameter up to 3150mm (3 machines) - bevel gear up to module 30
- Horizontal rolling machines - diameter up to 1250 mm (4 machines) - bevel gearing from module 0.6 to module 22, part length up to 5500 mm
FELLOW, MAAG
- Large milling machines - MAAG (4 machines) - external front teeth (slanted) up to module 36. Wheel diameter up to 4000 mm.
GRINDING OF GEARING
- Gear grinders (4 machines) - external bevel gears from module 2 to module 30. Wheel diameter from 40 mm to 2000 mm.
