External Gears

We manufacture external gears for a wide range of industrial applications. Our goal is always to deliver products with outstanding precision, long service life, and superior workmanship. Thanks to our advanced production equipment and many years of experience in gear manufacturing, we are able to meet even the most demanding customer requirements.

We manufacture external gears using the gear shaping process on four large MAAG gear shaping machines. This technology enables us to produce both spur and helical external gears with modules of up to 36 and gear diameters of up to 4,000 mm. For increased accuracy and an excellent surface finish, we also offer gear grinding. Our four gear grinding machines are capable of grinding external gears with modules from 2 to 30 and gear diameters ranging from 40 mm to 2,000 mm.

We specialize in manufacturing gears using the Fellow and MAAG gear shaping systems.

Gear Grinding

• Gear grinding machines (4 machines) – external spur and helical gears from module 2 to module 30, gear diameters from 40 mm to 2,000 mm.
