Internal Gears production

Internal gears are specialized gear components primarily used in planetary gearboxes, precision mechanisms, and applications requiring compact transmission designs. We manufacture custom internal gears based on the customer's technical documentation or according to an individually developed design, with which our engineering team will be happy to assist.

We supply internal gears for prototype, small-batch, and series production. Thanks to our flexible approach and many years of experience in precision gear manufacturing, we are a reliable partner for mechanical engineering companies, gearbox manufacturers, and development projects.

We specialize in the manufacturing of internal gears using the gear shaping process (Fellow and MAAG systems) as well as internal gear milling:

• Large gear shaping machines – MAAG (4 machines) – internal gears and involute splines from module 1 to module 12
• Small gear shaping machines (2 machines) – internal gears and internal involute splines from module 1 to module 10, gear diameter up to 1,000 mm

We also specialize in internal gear milling and internal involute spline machining using disc-type milling cutters in long spindle bores, with spline lengths of up to 890 mm.
